Free accuracy audit

We will show you the appointments your show rate is computed without.

You have almost certainly been sold a dashboard before. Possibly more than one. It looked good, and at some point you stopped believing it, and now you do the numbers yourself at the weekend because that is the only version you trust.

Show rate is a division: the meetings that happened, over the appointments that were booked. On most accounts the bottom half of it is missing rows, because an appointment nobody marked showed or no show cannot be counted either way and quietly leaves the sum. We connect read only to the system you already run and hand you those rows, named and dated.

We will not tell you what your show rate really is. From this data nobody can, and the reason is written on the result page. It is the same reason the last four attempts produced a number that looked right.

What it costs

Nothing

No card, no invoice, no trial that converts on a date you forgot about. If the result is not worth your time, that is the end of it.

What it needs

One read only connection

Read scopes on the CRM you already run, and nothing else. A meeting system and a payment processor are optional, add one check each, and most accounts connect neither.

How long it takes

About twenty minutes

Two minutes to authorize, and the read is the rest of it. A large account takes longer, and we would rather say so than shorten the window to look quick.

What it does not need

Any migration

Nothing moves. Nothing is imported. Your team keeps working in exactly the system they worked in yesterday, and they will not know the audit ran.

We never get write permission to your account.

Not limited write. Not write on one object. None. The audit requests read scopes only, and the write scopes that exist in your CRM are listed on the next screen alongside the confirmation that they are not being asked for. Your provider shows you the same list on its own authorization screen before you approve anything, so you are not taking our word for it.

Nothing is written back

No record is created, edited, moved between stages or deleted. Your team will not see a field change while the audit runs.

No recordings, ever

If you connect a meeting system, the audit asks whether a meeting ran and for how long. It does not request recordings and it does not read what was said.

Revoked by you, not by us

Access ends in your own settings screen, on your schedule, without asking anyone. There is nothing to cancel and nobody to email.

The deliverable

Five things, and each one says how much it is worth.

Two of these need nothing from your setup and are true on any account. One is a rule we apply that can be wrong. One only exists if you connect a second system. The label sits on the finding itself rather than in a footnote, so you always know which kind you are reading.

01Exact

Every appointment missing from your show rate, listed

The count, and the rows. Contact, the person it is assigned to, the calendar name as you wrote it, the date. An appointment carrying no outcome is a native status field with nothing in it, so it is true on any account regardless of how it was set up, and it is the finding the audit leads with.

02Exact

Every result marked won with no amount on it

Counted on the native status value rather than on a stage somebody named. We will show you the stage name beside it, so you can see that we read it and did nothing with it.

03Inferred

The pairs of records that contradict each other

An appointment and an opportunity both attach to a contact and never to each other, so pairing them is a rule we apply rather than a fact we read. Each row shows the pair we chose, how far apart the two records were, and the reason that pairing might be wrong.

04Needs a connection

Whether the meetings actually happened

Only if you run a meeting system and choose to connect it. If you do not, this is left out of the result rather than shown empty, and nothing else on the page depends on it.

05The part to read first

A written account of what we did not compute

Including your rate, and the specific reason we will not produce one. This is the part most worth reading, and it is the difference between this and the dashboards you have already been sold.

Before you connect anything

Four things the audit will not tell you.

Written here rather than discovered afterwards. If what you need is one of these four, the audit is not going to give it to you and you should know that before you spend twenty minutes on it.

What it gives you instead is the list of records that disagree with each other, which is the thing nobody has handed you yet.

  • Your real show rate

It is not knowable from this data, by us or by anybody else. Knowing it means knowing what happened in the appointments nobody marked, and no system you run holds that. We will show you how many rows are missing, and stop.

  • Any other rate either

Computing one means deciding what your stages mean, which appointment belongs to which result, and who owns the outcome. That is interpreting your configuration, and it is where four attempts have already gone wrong.

  • Which of your people is best

Thin record keeping and weak performance look identical from outside. The audit can tell you the comparison is unfair. It cannot tell you who to promote.

  • What any of it is costing you

A dollar figure would need a rate, a value and an assumption stacked on top of each other. Three guesses multiplied together is a sales number, not a finding.

Why this and not a trial

Nobody trials a CRM, because trialling one means moving into it.

A trial asks you to migrate contacts, retrain people and run two systems at once, all to find out whether a claim is true. That is a fortnight of work as the price of a maybe, so the sensible answer is no, and it stays no.

An audit asks for a token and gives you something you can act on tomorrow whichever way you decide about us.

The honest versionWhat this is, and what it is not.
  • Not a demo of our dataYour account, your people, your last 30 days.
  • Not a migrationRead only. Nothing is copied anywhere and nothing is changed.
  • Not a corrected numberThe records that disagree with each other, named and dated. What they add up to stays your call.
  • Not a verdict on your teamThin record keeping and weak performance look the same from outside, and we will not pretend otherwise.
  • Not conditional on buying anythingThe result is yours. Take it to whoever built your current dashboard, if you like.

Connect the account and see what is in it.

The next screen shows every scope requested before anything is approved. This walkthrough runs on fabricated sample data, so no authorization window opens and nothing leaves this page.
